# Access

You can grant access rights to another user so that they can view and edit problemsets. Access rights can always be revoked.

## Grant access rights to a user {#grant-access}

1. Go to the problemset page and select **Access** in the section on the left.
2. On the **Users** tab, click **Add user**.
3. Enter the user's login in the search bar.
4. Select one or more users from the search results.
5. Select **Reading** or **Writing** access rights for each user. Access rights can always be changed.
6. Click **Add**. Users will be added to the list.

## Change a user's access rights {#change-access-rights}

1. Go to the problemset page and select **Access** in the section on the left.
2. On the **Users** tab, find the user in the list. You can use the search to make this easier.
3. Change the access rights for the desired user.

## Revoke rights for a user {#remove-access-rights}

1. Go to the problemset page and select **Access** in the section on the left.
2. On the **Users** tab, find the user in the list. You can use the search to make this easier.
3. Click ![](../_images/remove-icon.png) in the row with the desired user.

## Revoke access rights for all users {#clear-access-rights}

1. Go to the problemset page and select **Access** in the section on the left.
2. On the **Users** tab, click **Revoke for all users**.
3. Click **Revoke**. All users will be removed from the list.

## Grant access to a group of users {#grant-group-access-rights}

1. Go to the problemset page and select **Access** in the section on the left.
2. Go to tab **Groups** and click **Add group**.
3. Start typing the name of the user group.
4. Select **Reading** or **Writing** access rights for each group. Access rights can always be changed.
5. Click **Add**. User groups will be added to the list.

1. Go to the problemset page and select **Access** in the section on the left.
2. Go to the **Groups** tab.
3. Find the group in the list. You can use the search to make this easier.
4. Change the access rights for the desired group.

## Revoke access rights for a group {#remove-group-access-rights}

1. Go to the problemset page and select **Access** in the section on the left.
2. Go to the **Groups** tab.
3. Find the group in the list. You can use the search to make this easier.
4. Click ![](../_images/remove-icon.png) in the row with the desired user group.

## Revoke access rights for all user groups {#clear-group-access-rights}

1. Go to the problemset page and select **Access** in the section on the left.
2. Go to the **Groups** tab and click **Revoke for all groups**.
3. Click **Revoke**. All user groups will be removed from the table.
